The parent or guardian acknowledges that participation is voluntary and agrees to waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against the Fayette Co. Board of Education and all employees and members of the same, for any injuries or damages. By clicking the above check box is the same as signing the release, the parent/guardian consents to such participation and also verifies that adequate medical insurance is in effect during this period. In the event of an emergency, and I cannot be reached, I give the Community School authorities permission to seek immediate medical attention for my child.
Refund and Cancellation Information
Community School classes only. (This does not apply to Driver Education classes.)
You may cancel your registration 48 hours prior to class but no refunds will be issued once the class has started.
