Three choices for the popular Dramatic Fanatics classes are being offered this winter at Kedron Elementary.
Students may participate in one or both courses.
Dramatic Fanatics Fun! (K-5) Under the leadership of certified drama instructor Amy Beaucham, students will engage in activities that develop stage presence, creativity, and dramatic expression. Auditioning, stage battle, make up, and puppetry skills will also be taught. This six session course will be held on consecutive Fridays from 4:00 to 6:00 beginning January 6th and ending February 10th. The final class will include a demonstration of class activities for parents from 5:00 to 6:00.
Tuition is $125.00.

The Dramatic Fanatics Performance Course 1 is full but we are taking a waiting list. There are spaces available in the Performance Course 2.
Dramatic Fanatics Performance Course 1 (K-5) This course is designed for those “bitten by the stage bug” to further cultivate their creative abilities and theatrical performance skills. The start date is Tuesday, January 24th with the course ending on Friday, May 11th. Classes will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 on the following Tuesdays: January 24th, January 31st, February 7th, February, 14th, February 28th, March 6th, March 13th, March 20th, March 27th, April 24th, May 1st, and May 8th. There will be a mandatory
dress/Texh Rehearsal on Wednesday, May 9th from 5:00 to 8:30. The family/friends performance will be Friday, May 11th at 6:00. (Students arrive at 5:00) Tuition of $250.00 includes: 30 hours of group instruction, private sessions as needed, costuming, trophy, class T-Shirt, and participation in the two hour performance of Premier Student Monologues and the play “Jungle Book” with each student equipped with professional sound. Returning Master Students are assigned lead roles in the play with first time Premier Students being highly individually spotlighted in the monologue portion of the program and playing supportive role(s) in the play.

Classes will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 on the following Fridays: January 27th, February 3rd, February 10th, February 17th, March 2nd, March 9th, March 23rd, March 30th, April 20th, April 27th, and May 4th with a performance at 6:00 on Friday, May 18th. There is a mandatory texh/dress rehearsal will be held Wednesday, May 16th from 5:00to 8:30.
